HOME INSPECTIONS
A home inspection is a thorough and comprehensive examination of the interior and exterior of the property as well as an analysis of its systems and components, such as electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and structural components. Home inspections are typically conducted prior to a sale or purchase of a home and are used to ensure that the property is free from major defects or safety hazards.
RENTAL INSPECTION
The rental inspection process is important to maintain a safe and healthy living environment for tenants. This process involves checking for any violations of the rental agreement or local housing laws and making sure the property meets safety and health standards. We will look for structural damage, check for safety hazards, and assess the overall condition of the property.
PRE-LISTING INSPECTIONS
A pre-listing inspection is a detailed analysis of a home and its mechanical systems, structural components, and other features that could be potential issues. A comprehensive report is submitted which will help the seller identify which aspects of the home should be addressed before the listing goes public, giving buyers more confidence in the property. Additionally, a pre-listing inspection can be used to negotiate prices and set the home apart from other listings.
RADON TESTING
Radon is an odorless, tasteless, and colorless gas that can seep into homes from the soil. Radon levels should be tested in all homes to ensure the gas doesn’t harm occupants. We test to make sure levels are within an acceptable range or if mitigation steps need to be taken.
WATER TESTING
Water testing is the process of measuring the physical and chemical characteristics of water samples to determine if they are within acceptable limits for safe use and consumption. We test for pH, chlorine, ammonia, nitrates, heavy metals, and more.
CHIMNEY INSPECTION
Chimney inspections are an important part of the home buying process that ensures your chimney is in safe, working order. A level 1 inspection includes checking for signs of damage such as cracks and gaps, as well as looking for blockages. A camera is used in a level 2 inspection to check the integrity of the flue liner.
WELL INSPECTION
SEPTIC INSPECTION
MOLD INSPECTION
A Well Yield test determines how many gallons per minute a well system can produce. We check the functionality of the well pump and pressure tank, the recuperation of the well and the amount of water in the reserve.
A septic inspection will ensure the system is working properly and efficiently. We inspect the drain filed, tanks, pumps, and other parts of the system. In addition, we can perform a camera inspection which uses a fiber-optic camera to view and record the plumbing lines. A camera allows the inspector to see inside the system and discover potential clogs, connection issues or other damage that would be difficult if not impossible to discover in a standard inspection.
Indoor air quality is an important health factor for you and your family. A mold test is the process of testing air and surfaces to identify the presence of mold spores. This is done to evaluate the potential health risks associated with the presence of mold in a home, office, or other structure.
POOL INSPECTION
A pool inspection will help you identify any potential problems or issues with your pool. Maintaining a safe and healthy pool environment for your family, friends, and guests. We check that all the pool equipment is working properly and that all safety measures are in place. Inspect the pool liner for any tears, gaps, or holes, and if necessary, check the pH levels, chlorine levels, and other chemicals in the pool.
THERMAL IMAGING
Thermal imaging can help you uncover potential problems that are not visible to the human eye. Thermal imaging can detect heat signatures, differences in temperatures, energy loss and can aid in detecting structural defects in buildings.
